The 3rd annual GCEP Student Energy Lectures series on Mondays, July 8 – August 12 (see flier below), will feature nearly a dozen GCEP graduate students and postdocs from Stanford giving short presentations about their innovative research.

GCEP Student Representatives—Di Wu, Ann Lesnefsky, Boxiao Li and Holly Sewell—will host this summer series, which is designed to help students present their research effectively to a technically diverse audience.
Tutors from Stanford's Center for Teaching and Learning, and audience members, will provide feedback to the speakers. GCEP graduate students and postdocs from external institutions will also submit videos of their research presentations for judging.

The top speakers selected by GCEP will be honored at this year's GCEP Research Symposium (October 8 – 9, 2013) at Stanford and will have the opportunity to present at the conference.
