VISA Information

VISA: Apply either by mail, or in person

    • Online application url
      • Select either "Apply by Mail" or "In Person"
      • Fill in all required fields. For "Visa Type" please select "Business Visa".
  • List of requirements to complete the application:

    1. Fill out India Visa Application Form
      • Indian Mission: fill in "USA-San Francisco" If you apply at a different city, you may need to fill out a different application.
      • Surname: This is your last name on your passport.
      • Given Name: This is your first name and middle name (if applicable) as on your passport. Each name should be separated by a space.
      • Citizen ID Number: Enter N/A. Do not enter passport, divers license number, or Social Security number.
      • Passport No.: Passport number as indicated on your passport.
      • Date of Expiry: Passport expiration date as indicated on your passport (DD/MM/YYYY format).

    2. Fill out Travia Order Form. Make sure the information matches your India Visa application form.

    3. Digital image scan of your visa photo and signature will be required in completing the Travisa order form.

    4. Photograph: One latest 2x2 inch passport size photo (black/white or color) against white background. No glasses should be worn in the photo.

    5. Signature: The India Visa application has 2 places for signature
      • Page 1: Each applicant must sign COMPLETELY inside the box on Page 1 below their picture. If any part of the signature or thumbprint is outside of the box, the application will be rejected.
      • Page 2: Applicant must sign at the bottom of Page 2.

    6. Valid passport

    7. Proof of Address: Applicants must submit a photocopy with proof of residence/address that matches the present address on the visa application exactly. Example: photocopy of state issued ID (Driver license or ID), major utility bill, or a copy of valid /current lease.

    8. Letters of Invitation: Letter of invitation from GCEP and Reliance.

    9. Payment & Processing:
    • Personal checks are not accepted.
    • Money Order if you plan to mail in your application.
    • To apply in person, Travia will only accept money order or cash.

    Conference Visa fee: $176. One year multiple entry Visa.

    To apply in person: While completing the online application, you will have to select a reservation time for visiting the office to drop off your application.

    Shipping options for mailing application. Upon completing the online VISA application, please follow the detailed instructions to ship/mail in your application.
