Parking is available near Gate House.

Note: for security reason, please collect your “visitor pass” from Gate House Security. You would need to show a photo id.

Enter Gate House and look for Reliance security and events staff near workshop signage. They will expedite your entry and direct you to the Building 1 Business Centre, Board Room located on the 2nd floor.

Dinner
There will be a dinner for all workshop attendees on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 7:30 pm at Sheraton Four Points, Navi Mumbai, Vashi and we would be delighted if you could join us.

Transportation Information
GCEP has pre-arranged a shuttle to transport guests and speakers staying at the Sheraton Four Points, Navi Mumbai to and from the meeting site.

Wireless Wi-fi access
Wireless access is available on request, and each user needs to register with Reliance IT dept. Please provide the following information, if you would require wi-fi:
  • Name
  • Organization
  • Contact #
  • Email Id
  • MAC address (also known as “Wi-Fi Address”) of your laptop that you plan to use on site.
    - On a Macintosh go to “System Preferences>Network>Advanced” to see your “Wi-Fi Address”. It will look something like this: 28:af:e9:18:2f:22.
    - On a PC, it will depend on your version of Windows, do a google search for “pc mac address” and pick your version of Windows. If you are lucky, your Wi-Fi/MAC address is stamped on the bottom of your machine in fine print.
