External Advisory Board

GCEP has established an External Advisory Board to provide broad-based advice on the content, direction, quality, and progress of the Project. Its members are:

John Deutch
- Professor at MIT, former Director of CIA and former Undersecretary of DOE

Freeman Dyson
- Professor Emeritus at Princeton University 

Eberhard Jochem 
- Senior Executive at the Fraunhofer Institute of Systems and Innovation Research

Takao Kashiwagi - Professor at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Integrated Research Institute

Martha Krebs - Deputy Director for R&D at the California Energy Commission, former Director of the Office of Science, U.S. Department of Energy

Jiang Mianheng - Vice President of Chinese Academy of Sciences

Steve Pacala - Professor of Biology at Princeton and Director of the Princeton Environmental Institute

Frank Press - Former President of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, former Science Advisor to the President of the U.S. 

Bill Reilly - President and CEO of Aqua International and Former Administrator of the U.S. EPA

Chuck Shank - Senior Fellow at Janelia Farm, HHMI and former Director LBNL

Mark Wrighton - Chancellor and Professor of Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis, former Provost at MIT
